Auto Accident & Personal Injury Care
Car accident injury care in Reno with documentation built to stand up — from a doctor formally trained in independent medical evaluation reporting.
Care first, paperwork that holds up second
A collision case has two jobs: get you genuinely better, and document everything so the insurance process doesn't punish you for healing quietly. This clinic is built for both. Dr. Bader's postgraduate chiropractic orthopedics training included formal instruction in writing independent-medical-evaluation reports — the standard insurers and attorneys use — so your examination findings, care and progress are recorded to that standard from day one. Whiplash symptoms commonly surface 24 to 72 hours after a crash; being examined early creates both the right care plan and the right record.
What this includes
- Thorough post-collision examination with red-flag screening
- Imaging referral when findings call for it
- Staged care: pain control, restored motion, then strengthening
- Documentation to insurance and legal standards
- Coordination with your auto insurer, med-pay or attorney
- Honest timelines and discharge when you're done — not a visit treadmill
Every service starts the same way: a real examination and a plain-English report of findings. Call (775) 829-7575 or request an appointment online — same-week openings are usually available.
This page is education, not medical advice for your specific situation — an examination is how care decisions get made. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911. Full medical disclaimer.

The ER cleared me. Why see a chiropractor too?
The ER's job is ruling out emergencies — fractures, bleeds, instability. It isn't a mechanical evaluation of joints and soft tissue, which is where whiplash lives and why symptoms often surface days later. Both evaluations matter; they answer different questions.
Who pays for accident care?
Commonly your auto policy's medical payments coverage or the at-fault party's insurance. We work with these arrangements routinely, document to their standards, and verify the specifics of your situation before care begins.
Do I need an attorney?
That's your call, not ours — we work the same either way: honest findings, complete records, care aimed at recovery. If you have counsel, we coordinate; if you don't, we don't push.
What patients say
Reno Patients, In Their Own Words
“First time here… Friendly and efficient receptionist, she explained everything in detail. I saw Dr. Bader. Listened to my areas of pain, explained many things and my first adjustment was great. He is also friendly, has good “bedside” manners. They are a hometown health provider.”
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Bader for the last 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. The office is very well run… Most insurance is accepted and if it’s not, the cash plan is very reasonable. Walk in’s are acceptable and same day appointments are most likely.”
“Dr Bader is a Super Chiropractor! Palmer educated.”
“They actually work on fixing your issues with adjustments and therapy and get you in and out of the office in a timely manner.”
