Work Injury Care
Work injury and workers' compensation chiropractic care in Reno — from a doctor whose career started in spinal rehabilitation and work hardening.
Where Dr. Bader's career actually started
Before opening this practice, Dr. Bader spent 1992–93 at Reno's Work and Injury Rehabilitation Center concentrating on spinal rehabilitation and work hardening — the discipline of getting injured workers safely back to the physical demands of their jobs. That lens still runs the clinic's work-injury care: treat the injury, respect the job's real demands, document everything properly, and progress you back to duty honestly — neither rushed nor parked.
What this includes

- Lifting, repetitive-strain and overuse injury patterns

- Work-hardening perspective: care mapped to your job's actual demands
- Modified-duty guidance your employer can actually use

Every service starts the same way: a real examination and a plain-English report of findings. Call (775) 829-7575 or request an appointment online — same-week openings are usually available.
This page is education, not medical advice for your specific situation — an examination is how care decisions get made. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911. Full medical disclaimer.

Can I see a chiropractor for a work injury in Nevada?
Workers' compensation cases follow specific rules about authorized providers that vary by employer and insurer. Call us with your claim details — we'll tell you honestly how it works for your situation before anything begins.
What if my job caused it slowly, not in one accident?
Cumulative injuries are real and common — repetitive lifting, vibration, sustained postures. Documentation matters even more for these; the earlier the evaluation, the clearer the record.
Will you just tell me to stop working?
Almost never the goal. The work-hardening mindset is the opposite: keep what you can do, rebuild what you can't yet, and progress duties in steps your employer and body both accept.
What patients say
Reno Patients, In Their Own Words
“First time here… Friendly and efficient receptionist, she explained everything in detail. I saw Dr. Bader. Listened to my areas of pain, explained many things and my first adjustment was great. He is also friendly, has good “bedside” manners. They are a hometown health provider.”
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Bader for the last 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. The office is very well run… Most insurance is accepted and if it’s not, the cash plan is very reasonable. Walk in’s are acceptable and same day appointments are most likely.”
“Dr Bader is a Super Chiropractor! Palmer educated.”
“They actually work on fixing your issues with adjustments and therapy and get you in and out of the office in a timely manner.”
