HVLA
From the plain-English glossary.
Definition
High-Velocity, Low-Amplitude — the technical description of classic adjusting: a fast but very shallow, controlled thrust.
Why it matters to you
'Fast' worries people until they hear 'low amplitude': the movement is millimeters. Speed with tiny range is what makes it specific and comfortable.
